More on Adjectives [विशेषण (Visheshan)] - Part V

We've covered adjectives and types of adjectives in one post earlier, and then in detail about each type of adjectives under More on Adjectives [विशेषण (Visheshan)] - Part  I, II, III and IV. If you haven't read those posts, I suggest you refer to them too, so that you get a good grasp on adjectives and can score good marks in school exams.

Today, we are going to see more examples on   गुणवाचक विशेषण (gunna vachak visheshan) or adjectives of quality.

गुणवाचक विशेषण :-जिस विशेषण से संज्ञा या सर्वनाम के गुण या दोष का पता चलता है, उसे गुणवाचक विशेषण कहते हैं। ये विशेषण भाव, रंग, दशा, आकार, समय, स्थान, काल आदि से सम्बन्धित होते है। जैसे– अच्छा, बुरा, सफेद, काला, रोगी, मोटा, पतला, लंबा, चौड़ा, नया, पुराना, ऊँचा, मीठा, चीनी, नीचा, प्रातःकालीन आदि।

Try making sentences using these adjectives to get used to the words. The more you use, the better you learn. 🙂
